I call Felicity's doll Susana. The nutcracker doll was never officially given a name. I don't think Kaya's doll did either.
Although Kit's doll was never officially named, because it resembles Amelia Earheart my Kit just calls her Amelia. Too bad her doll never appears in any stories after it was given to her on Christmas by Ruthie.
